Because Leofoto CNC-milled the BV-10M from black anodised aircraft aluminium, this liquid-cushioned video head is extremely lightweight. With only 760 grams and a load capacity of up to 5 kilos static weight, this is an ideal head for bird spotters and nature filmers, for example. This means that you can use almost any spotting scope, DSLR and video camera on the BV-10M. The head has a built-in spirit level for easy leveling and a nice long quick-release plate with video pin for perfect alignment of your camera or spotting scope.

Long operating arm

The BV-10M video head's long 33cm control arm enables smooth and easy tracking movements. The fluid cushioning of the head prevents shaky images. Leofoto has paid attention to details, as the arm is covered with soft rubber foam to prevent cold hands for nature workers. The fluid head can tilt a maximum of 90° forward and 75° backward. In addition, the BV-10M video head can rotate 360° on its axis, with the fine degree scale on the 60mm wide base plate making panoramic work easy. The degree of friction is adjustable by means of a large rotary knob, so that you are always in control.
