Leofoto YB-100SP Summit 100mm Leveling Base

The YB-100SP Leveling base with platform is used in combination with a Leofoto tripod where you can remove the platform between the legs to place the leveling base. This is possible with the Summit series tripods, which have a bowl diameter of 100mm. Furthermore, it can also be used in combination with other brands of tripods where you can place a 100mm video bowl.

This Leveling base with the short handle is specially designed to work low to the ground, such as macro photography. You won't be bothered by the short handle if you tilt the tripod legs 90 degrees to make the working height as small as possible. On top of the Leveling base you attach a ball head with 3/8-inch thread. The short handle makes it easy to level the video head. On the leveling base is also a level to see if the camera is indeed straight. The leveling base has a diameter of 100mm and is 100mm high. Because it is made of aircraft aluminum, it is very strong and weighs only 245grams.
