Returns
It may happen that, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. In this case you can return the product. You can register your return within 30 days after you received the product. The 30-day reflection period starts when the order is delivered to you. After registering the return you have 14 days to return your product. In order to receive a full refund, it is important that your product is returned in its original condition and undamaged. You are liable for the depreciation of the product resulting from the use of the product.
Register the product for return.
If you want to use the return policy, please register the product first. This way we know that a return is on its way to us. In this way we can handle the return as smoothly and quickly as possible. After registering the product you will receive a return label to attach to the package. Products that are returned without a request number and clear indication outside on the box will be refused. You can send your packaged product in a sturdy box that you seal well, preferably the original box. That way the chance of damage during transport is as small as possible.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs of the return will be at your expense. The shipping costs of the order we took for our account. Have you paid for the shipping when ordering then you will of course receive these costs back from us with the return payment.
Refund
We will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible. This will be no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product(s). Payment will therefore not be made until the shipped product has been returned to us. We will refund the purchase price in the same way you paid for the order.
Status of the return
We will let you know as soon as the return is received by us. If the shipment does not meet the return conditions due to depreciation of the goods we will contact you by email (in English).
